Chapman Genealogy and Ancestry
What can the CFA do for Me? The Association database of all known Chapman, past and present, tries to assist all members in learning more about their forebears. Connections to other Chapman descendants from the same ancestor have helped many researchers extend their lineage.Get Involved! Those who prefer not to be in a leadership role can help by collecting Chapman information locally. Surveying local cemeteries and cemetery publications in local libraries and reporting Chapman data to the CFA. Another is acquiring copies of ancestral military records and furnishing copies of this data to the CFA.

Note from Treasurer: Effective 01 June 2001 membership dues in the CFA are increased to $26.00 per annum. This is the first increase since our inception in 1994. During these seven years we have seen quite an increase in the cost of paper and the cost of printing, and several postal rate increases, with another scheduled for July this year. The $5.00 one-time joining fee has been discontinued.
