The following data was submitted by Dorothy S. Lowe CFA #142. She is looking for information on her great grandmother ROSINA CHAPMAN born about 1802 in North Carolina. Rosina married Shepherd/Shepard SHELTON in 1820 in Lincoln County, TN and they moved to Jackson Co., AL. If you find Rosina let Dorothy know at 1947 Ridge Road, Templeton. CA 93465.

The records are from Lincoln County , Tennessee. The title of the publication was not given but it was Vol. 5 Bible Records pages 15 and 16. Spelling, punctuation, etc. is as published.

L. H. Chapman took sick with Flu, Dec. 15, 1932. Couldn't eat or sleep. Suffered awfully untill Feb. 22. 1933. and died. being 67 years 4 months and 22 days. Was Burried at the Wright graveyard. funerel preached by Bro. Tom Lockey. He was visited by a host of friends. and a great crowd attended the funerel which was preached in Salem Church at Boons Hill.

Earnest Chapman was opperated on for ulcerated stomache in Pu1aski Nov. the 15 1932. took Pnuemonia the 17th died the same day about 10 oclock. was burried the 18th at New Hope graveyard near Cornersvil1e Tenn. Earnest was 40 years 6 months and 19 days old.

(Funeral Notice)

MR. A. E. McMILLIN-Died at his home at Red Oak this morning at 8: 10 o.clock. The funeral will be held at the Camargo Methodist Church Tuesday Morning at 11 :00 o'clock by Rev. M. T. Ellis. Burial at Sandlin graveyard by the Masonic Order. This September 3. 1928.
