A memorial service for Betty M. Chapman, 84, of Chico, will be held in Napa.
She died Thursday, Dec. 1, 1994, at a local convalescent hospital.
Mrs. Chapman was born June 9, 1910, in Timpson, Texas. She married William Chapman in Los Angeles on Oct. 6, 1910.
A homemaker, she lived throughout the United States as her husband was transferred by the Navy.
In 1989 they moved to Chico from Yucca Valley .
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years; and two daughters, Betsy Brown of Paradise and Fran Gibson of Twentynine Palms; a sister, Martha Doyle of Texas; and seven grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
The Neptune Society made the arrangements.
